ABOUT THE LINERS

  • Yes; we offer clear and textured vinyl liners. Your technician can show samples at the measuring appointment.

  • Vinyl liners are non-slip by nature; they do not have adhesive or glue which allows for the liner to easily be removed for cleaning.

  • Yes

  • Spot clean the soiled area with mild soap and water promptly. Ensure thorough drying before placing it on the intended surface to prevent trapping humidity, especially for wooden surfaces. Avoid using polish under or around the liners.

    Do not use abrasive cleaning tools like scouring pads or rough sponges to prevent damage.

  • The average cost is $25-$35 per shelf/drawer.

THE PROCESS

  • All measuring appointments are $200 and payable upfront. This fee is credited towards your final order. Should you opt to not proceed with a liner purchase, a copy of the measurements will be provided in exchange for the $200 investment.

  • After the measuring appointment and commitment to purchase, we can install within 7-10 days.

  • This depends on the size of the home and quantity of liners. Typically, the team will need 1-3 hours for installation, assuming all personal items have been removed.

  • For most installations, cabinetry is already empty due to new construction, moving, or renovating. However, if the cabinetry is already occupied, removal of personal items by the owner is required before installation.

    Our team offers item removal and replacement services for a fee of $500, which must be arranged at the time of booking installation. If the design team arrives and finds the cabinetry full of items without prior notification, a fee of $1000 will be applied or installation will be rescheduled with a cancellation fee.

AFTER INSTALLATION

  • Within 30 days of installation, we accept exchanges on any defective or damaged liner.

FOR TRADE

  • Trade: The professional serves as an intermediary between our company and the end user, managing the lining services and receiving invoices directly.

    Affiliate: The professional refers clients to us without managing the relationship.

  • To qualify, you must present a business card indicating your profession that is in the home service industry such as professional organizer, interior designer, builder, or contractor. You must also provide proof of membership in a professional organization or business license.

  • Fill out the application. A confirmation email will be sent upon approval. After approval, trade discounts can be applied to future orders.

  • The approved trade member is the only one who can use the discount. If several members from the same company/organization need access to the trade discount, a separate application is required for each member.

FOR AFFILIATE

  • Trade: The professional serves as an intermediary between our company and the end user, managing the lining services and receiving invoices directly.

    Affiliate: The professional refers clients to us without managing the relationship.

  • To qualify, you must apply and present a business card indicating your profession in a similar field such as realtor, professional organizer, interior designer, builder, or contractor.

  • Fill out the application. A confirmation email will be sent upon approval along with a W-9 to complete and return.

  • Checks are issued to the primary contact or the business name based on the W-9. If your organization has multiple team members and individual checks are preferred, please apply for separate affiliate partner accounts.

    Checks will be mailed out on the first business day of the month for the previous month's completed installs.
